Site, Enterprise & National tiers.
Three pricing tiers, one transparent commercial model. Published rate cards, SLA matrices and a 90-day pilot exit clause on every programme. You should never have to trust an FM provider on price — you should be able to read it, check it, and benchmark it.
Three Tiers, One Commercial Standard.
Side-by-side pricing for all three programmes. Every tier comes with the same portal, the same compliance framework, and the same 90-day pilot exit. The difference is scale, SLA speed, and how senior your team is.
Site-Level
One building or a small cluster. Dedicated site supervisor, portal access, standard SLA clock.
Multi-Site Enterprise
Regional portfolio. Named Account Director, quarterly board review, live BI dashboards and Silver-tier dispatch.
National Partner
Nationwide rollout. Embedded client team, exec sponsor, custom BI integration and Gold exclusive roster.
Twenty Rows — No Marketing Fluff.
Every headline difference across Coverage, People, Response, Supply Chain and Technology. If there is a row missing for your decision, ask us — we will add it to your scoping document.
Questions Every Client Asks Before Signing.
Six questions from the last 30 national pilots. If your question is not here, email commercial@ — every answer will be in writing before you sign anything.
We do a 30-minute scoping call — sites, trades, cover hours and pain points — and come back within 48 hours with an indicative retained fee band, an SLA matrix, and a commercial model. No RFP by default. If you need a formal tender response we have a ready-made pack, but most clients start with a 90-day pilot on a single region before rolling out nationally.
Site-Level is a small monthly retainer that covers the site supervisor, the compliance framework and the client portal, plus an agreed block of planned hours. Call-outs and additional trades are billed against a published rate card. Anything above the block is charged transparently with PO reference — no surprise invoices, ever.
Absolutely. This is one of the most common setups: a flagship HQ or a critical-data-centre estate on National Partner terms, with the rest of the portfolio on Enterprise bands. Your billing, reporting and account lead stays unified — the tier difference only changes the response SLA and the vendor pool assigned per site.
The pilot runs against exactly the SLA matrix and commercial model we propose for rollout — no softened targets. You get the same portal, the same lead team, the same evidence library. Exit terms are 30 days written notice, with a full data export and a handover meeting. We have never had a pilot end without rolling out in the last two years — but the clause is there because you should not have to take that on trust.
Once baseline spend and SLA performance are established (typically months 4–6), we agree a year-two gainshare band: any cost-saving against the baseline, plus any SLA over-performance, is split 50/50 for the following 12 months. This directly aligns our incentives — we only make more money if you save money and get a better service. Our current national partners are averaging 18% year-two savings before gainshare is split.
Incumbents are absolutely welcome — and most national partners bring 2–3 preferred contractors with them. We run our standard vendor vetting and onboarding (compliance checks, rate-card alignment, photo-sign-off training) and add them to your exclusive roster at the appropriate tier. If an incumbent cannot meet the standard we work with you on a transition plan — we never force a vendor swap unilaterally.
Tell us your estate — we'll send the pricing.
Sites, trades, cover hours and current pain points — that is all we need for an indicative proposal with tier recommendation, SLA matrix and commercial model, back within 48 hours from a real person.
