Top 2 Bottom Pro Cleaners offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. The scope, pricing, and details of services will be specified in individuals service agreement or booking confirmation.
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.
Payment is due as per the terms specified at the time of booking.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Top 2 Bottom Pro Cleaners gift cards and online transfers.
Failure to make timely payments may result in service cancellation.
4. Top 2 Bottom Pro Cleaners Gift Card
Redemption & Use
Gift cards can be used toward any cleaning service offered by Top 2 Bottom Pro Cleaners.
They cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged for other forms of payment.
If the total cost of a service exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
Expiration & Fees
Gift cards must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase date.
Gift cards do not have maintenance or inactivity fees.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.
Booking & Availability
Services must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
Gift card holders must mention their gift card when booking.
Non-Transferable & No Resale
Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Any unauthorized reproduction or resale will result in the card being voided.
Refunds & Cancellations
Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.
If an appointment is canceled according to our cancellation policy, the balance will remain on the gift card for future use. Gift cards must be redeemed within 1 year of purchase date.
Modifications & Compliance
Top 2 Bottom Pro Cleaners reserves the right to change these terms at any time.
Use of the gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
5. Cancellations
Clients may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to their scheduled appointment.
Cancellation of any one-time recurring appointments must be in writing 48 hours prior to the recurring cleaning service appointment date. Cancellation of any recurring services made WITHIN 48 hours will result in payment of the total balance for the scheduled cleaning remaining due.
6. Refund & Reclean Policy
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
Any issues with the service must be reported within 24 hours of completion.
We offer a return and reclean for any service concerns reported within 24 hours, subject to approved validation from Top 2 Bottom Pro Cleaners.
Proof must be provided (e.g., photos or a detailed description) to support the claim.
Requests made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a reclean or any adjustments.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time.
Personal belongings should be secured before cleaning services begin.
Any special instructions or requests should be communicated in advance.
8. Liability and Damages
Top 2 Bottom Pro Cleaners is not responsible for pre-existing damages.
While we take utmost care in our services, any claims for damages must be reported within [insert time frame] of service completion.
Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for service fulfillment and communication purposes. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if a client violates these terms or engages in any inappropriate behavior such as:
Harassment or inappropriate behavior, including verbal abuse, sexual passes, threats, or unwanted physical contact.
Unsafe or hazardous conditions at the service location, including excessive biohazards, infestations, or illegal substances.
Tampering with or misrepresenting service issues to obtain a free reclean.
Failure to provide reasonable access to the premises at the scheduled time.
Disruptive behavior prevents cleaners from completing their job effectively.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Top 2 Bottom Pro Cleaners & Booking Koala’s web site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
